Testimonials

I was genuinely surprised by the quality of service that L&M provided for myself and my wife, even though we were purchasing just a single office chair. The salesman who greeted us walked us through many different models of chairs until we found the perfect fit. Perhaps the best part of the experience was L&M's ability to match (and actually marginally beat) Amazon's going price for the same chair. I will be shopping here again in the future!

L&M’s professional team of design and installation specialists are champions in the furniture industry. They were well equipped and ready to handle one of the largest and most complicated furniture packages of my 20+ years as a Commercial Interior Designer. They made the design collaboration process fun and offered both creative and cost saving ideas along the way. I’m looking forward to the next opportunity I get to work with them!

I have had the pleasure of working with L&M for about 4 years now on several of our projects. Amy Sundberg has been my rep for 3 of those years and has been amazing. She is very helpful and provides a lot of insight for each project. L&M makes it easy to work with since they are very familiar with our standards across our sites. Their dedication to serving their customers is out of this world. They are always so patient with me and our needs as an organization. You will not be disappointed when choosing to work with L&M.

I had an old, but comfortable office chair that suddenly gave way. I was concerned that it would be difficult to replace it with one of similar quality, but that was not necessary since John did a perfect repair and even delivered the chair. A much appreciated service from someone who is clearly dedicated to customer service. A rarity these days, but much appreciated! Thank you, John.

I have had the pleasure over the years to work with L&M Arkansas on several projects and they make my job much easier on the FF&E side. They are quick to understand the design direction and provide great suggestions for an overall holistic finished product that coordinates with the interiors of the building and a happy client.

I should have started my search for a good quality wood file cabinet at L&M. John Witty was wonderful and so helpful in helping me pick one out. Their delivery guys were amazing. They had to carefully lift this huge file cabinet over my grandfather’s desk and did so without a single complaint. What a great place to shop!

It is comforting to work with other interior designers to bring a project to life. They support you from the beginning planning phase throughout completion and beyond.
